10連休が始まる ――
10 consecutive holidays (10-days holiday) start ---
もっとも、10連休を休める人がいるということは、その休み人の為に働かなければならない、ということでもあり、素直に「誰もが、10日休める」とことにはならないのは当然です。

この10連休というものを作った理由が、「日本全体を使った社会実験」である、ということくらいは、私にも分かります。

もちろん、組織によっては、GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇に、報奨休暇などを加えて、10日間の休暇を取る、ということができるところもあります。

しかし、今回の場合、国民の休日としての10連休であり、意味が変わってきます。

働き方改革とは、、社会リソース分配のリセットと再構築のことです。

国民を労働から開放しよう ―― などという優しいものではなく、私達のリソースを、他のタスクに振り分けて、最大限利用し尽そうとする試みのことです。
There is no intention to release the people from labor. It is an attempt to allocate our resources to other tasks and to make the best use of them.
この10連休は、政府にとっても、私達にとっても、重要な実験なのです。
