「人工知能」って、最近、盛んに叫ばれていますけど、
Recently, a term of "artificial intelligence(AI)" become more popular in the world.
However, present AI cannot accept the following orders.
(1)コンピュータに、エクセルシート10年分のファイルを読み込ませて、
→「人身事故による、過去10年間の最大遅延時間の平均値と標準偏差値を出せ」
"Output average and standard deviation of maximum time of train injure for the last ten years" after a computer reads spread sheets for the ten years.
(2)インターネットで「ダイエット」という用語を使っているブログのコンテンツを読み込んで、
→「ダイエットが何日間で完了しているかを調べ、その平均値を算出しろ」
"Calculate a average diet days" after searching the diet blogs and reading them
(3)ツイッターの頻度、コメントの内容、使っている用語を用いて、
→「その人間の知性、暇度(ひまど)、マスコミの論調に簡単に引っ張られる軽薄さや、興味を失うまでの時間を、数値で算出しろ」
"Express numerically a person's intelligence, time to spare, frivolity to be pulled by tone of mass-communications, time to drop the interest" using Twitter's repetition access counts, contents, and terms.
少くとも、現時点での人工知能は、この程度の命令を実行できません。
At least the present AI cannot execute these simple commends.

もちろん、これは手間暇かけて、データ処理を行うあるいは専用のプログラムを作成すれば、すべて可能です。
Of course, the above all procedures are available, if we make the special program.
しかし、私達は、そういうことが「面倒くさい」からこそ、「人工知能」に期待しているんですよね。
However, the reason why I expect AI's capability to avoid such a annoying actions.
まず、私達が欲しいものは、私達が普通にやっている「面倒くさい」ことを、確実にやってくれる人工知能です。
To begin with, what we want is an AI that executes the annoying routines that we have to do everyday, perfectly.
ましてや、それすらできない人工知能独自の推論結果なんぞ、(少くとも私は)1mmも期待していません。
Moreover, at least I don't expect the reasoning results of such a poor AI at all.
そんなものは、基礎データ解析がクリアに見えて来さえすれば、その後の検討は人間様の方が、ずっと得意です。
Human being is better then AI at the trial of study even if basic elements of data become clear.
そもそも、理由の説明できない推論結論を、この世界が受けいれる訳がない。
Above all, our society cannot accept the reasoning results that are not known exactly how.

Therefore I think that
―― 将棋や碁が強かったり、猫の顔を認識できることが、そんなに「エラいこと」か？
"Strong in Shougi or GO" or "recognize faces of cat" are so much great ?"
と。

私なら、ゲームをしたり、ネコの写真を集めている人工知能がいたら、怒鳴りつけますよ。
If I were a boss of a AI, I would get mad with the AI with shouting,
「遊んでいる時間があったら、とっとと私の命じた仕事をやれ! 」
"If you have at that time to play, do the works that I have ordered before!"
と。
