本日は、発明ネタです。

違法コンテンツの映像や、猥褻画像のダウンロードは、基本的に、それが画像や映像となって再現されないと確認されません。

これは、大変な労力がかかると思います。

予想の域を出ませんが、警察が行っているであろうサイバー監視には、結構なコスト(特に人件費)がかかっているのではないかと推認します。

多分、コンテンツを自動解釈する自動検知システムは導入されていると思うのですが、結構なコンピュータリソースを喰いそうです。

ネットワークの中を流れているパケットを監視するだけで、それを検知できるソフトウェアを作ることは、原理としては可能ではないか、と、考えています。

つまりですね、ネットワークを流れている、1011010101011001010101010というビット情報をモニタリングしているだけで、「む、これは！ 猥褻画像だ！」と検知できれば、終端にパソコンや人を用意しなくても、違法コンテンツやダウンロードを簡単に発見できると思うのです。

具体的には、

■ヌード映像に関しては「肌色」を表示するビット列が頻発するとか、

■性行為の最中の猥褻な動きのベクトル情報のビット列が連続して続くとか、

そういう、特有の情報ビット列を発見できれば、ネットワークのモニタリングだけで、たちまち、問題のコンテンツを発見できてしまうという、素晴しい発明になるはずです。

すでに、NSAは勿論、日本の各種(自衛隊、警察、内閣府、その他)の部門では、すでに開発済みなのかもしれません。もちろん、猥褻コンテンツ発見目的ではなく、諜報目的になるでしょうが。

というか、その可能性は、かなり高いと思います。

このブログを読んで、「フッ」と嘲笑している人がいるかもしれないと思うと、正直、面白くないです。

しかし、こういう研究をする為には、大量の違法コンテンツやら猥褻画像・映像が、それはもう、うんざりするほど準備する必要が生じます。

うーむ、困った。

面倒だけどなぁ、猥褻映像やアニメやその他の音楽も、ダンロードしないとなぁ。研究できないなぁ。

一応、著作権法にも、試験研究を目的とした場合の免除(？)規定があるようです(著作権法第30条の4)。

皆さんは、多分、この話を「ネタ」と思われているかもしれませんが、ここからは本当の話。

現実に、インターネットのWebフィルタリングの仕事をしている人とお話する機会を得たことがあります。

それは「口にできないような、えげつないコンテンツ」が膨大に溜ったデータベースの中の住人になるというとです。

詳しくはお話できないのですが、結論から言うと、「上記のようなコンテンツと対峙することが日常」という仕事は、あんまり「幸せ」ではないようですよ。

先日、駅のホームで倒れている人を見ました。

The other day, I found a person who was lying in station platform.

若いニーチャンで、今から思うと、酔っている風でもなかったように思えます。

私はニーチャンに近づいて、尋ねました。

と言い残して、改札の駅員さんに、ニーチャンが倒れていることと、その場所を告げて、―― そのまま立ち去りました。

「私は、私ができることだけする」です。

―― ようやく、ここまで来たか

と感慨無量です。

with my deep emotion.

常々私は、「まずは皿洗いから」「技は教えない、目で見て盗め」などという馬鹿げた日本の職人育成方式を、絶望的な気持で見ていたのですが、この番組を見て、少し希望が湧いてきました。

I was always looking in a desperate feeling about stupid Japanese craftsman training method, like, "first from dishwashing," "steal them by your eyes". But after the program, I think that slight hope is coming.

特に、上記の「ラーメン学校」では、フラスコ、試験管、そして、各種の計測装置を使って、同じ味を完全に再現できる技術を教えていました。

Especially, the above "ramen school" teaches technologies to make up the same taste of ramen anytime anywhere, using flasks, test tube and several measurements.

これは、工学分野(特に製造業)では確立済みの普通のアプローチですが、これが、職人の世界では、理由もなく忌避され続けていました。

This ways are usual in industrial field (manufacturing industry, in special), however, the world of craftworkers has not been applicable for a long time without reasons.

そもそも、「美味しいラーメン」と、皿洗いの修行、先輩や後輩、修行期間などとの間に因果関係なんぞある訳がない。

To begin with, needless to say, there is no relationship between "delicious ramen" and dishwashing, senior, junior, period of training.

そんなことは、論理的に考える必要すらない、自明の事実です。

双方向もなく、リアルタイムでもなく、単に応援映像を同期を取って、合成するだけのシステムです。

The system is not bidirectional or real time, but simply synchronizes and composes the cheering video.

それでも、この応援映像は、無人観客で開催される野球場の電光掲示板に表示されることになったそうです。

Still, the cheering video will be displayed on an electronic billboard at the baseball stadium, which will be held in an unattended audience.

このシステムが、私に与えた衝撃はハンパではなかったです。

The impact this system has had on me has been tremendous.

私がショックを受けたのは、「技術」ではなく「着想」です。

What shocked me was not the "technology" but the "inspiration".

双方向、リアルタイムで、キチンと閉じたシステムしか考えられなかった私は、「一方的に応援歌を届ける」という発想に全く至れなかったのです。

I could only think of a two-way, real time, neatly closed system, and I could not come up with the idea of "delivering a one-way cheer" at all.

もちろん、私でも同程度のシステムやコンテンツを作ることはできたかもしれませんが、それは大した問題ではありません。

Of course, I could have created the same level of systems and content, but that's not a big deal.

「一方的に応援歌を届ける」という野球ファンの思いと、そしてそれを感謝を込めて受けとる球団の思いを、私は、1mmも気がつくことできなかった ――

これは、社会システムを考えなければならない研究員にとっては、致命的な失点であると言えます。

Recommendations on the Risk of Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection Associated with the Hosting of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games

一時期は、その強烈な毒性によって私たちを恐怖に陥れた新型コロナウイルスは、全世界的なワクチン接種によって抑え込まれました。

The new Corona Virus(COVID-19) with intense virulence, that be scared by people, has been suppressed by world wide vaccination.

その結果、弱い毒性の変異ウイルスとして生き残ることで、人類との共存戦略に切り替えました。

As a result, the virus changed to be weaker than the previous strains, and they has started to get a new strategy to live with human-being.

―― というのは、これまでの、人類のウイルスとワクチンの闘いの定番であり、特段珍しい話ではありません。

This is a typical way for virus to survive with human, not a special story.

ただ、その被害は大きかった。

However, the number of vivctim was tragedy.

我が国で3万人以上、全世界では500万人以上が死亡、というのは、人類史上でも未曾有の大災害だと思います。

More than 30 thousand persons in Japan, more than 5 million persons in the world was historical unprecedented disaster.

しかも、この災禍は、終了している訳でもありません。

In addition, this disaster is not finished.

とはいえ、ここらで一つの区切りとして、この新型コロナウィルスの災禍の総括をするのも良いのではないかな、と思っています。

Nevertheless, I think it would be a good idea to summarize this new coronavirus disaster as a break from the rest of the world.

ちょっと、今、検討中です。

今、「マスクを外さない人が問題になっている」そうです。

I heard that the people who don't stop using masks is a social problem now.

私、もっとも致死性の高かった、アルファ株、ベータ株が猛威を奮っていたときでも、１人で散歩している時には、マスクを外していました。

In my case, I didn't use a mask when I was walking alone, even while Alpha strains and Beta stock were raging in the world.

１人の部屋にいる時には、当然に外していました。

When I was alone in my room, of course, I didn't use it.

ネットで、『１人で部屋にいる時でも、マスクを付けていなければ、感染するかもしれない』と思っている人がいるのを知って、びっくりしたことがあります(嫁さんは『ウソかデマだろう』といっていました)。

When I know that there are some person who think to use a mask when they are alone in the room, I was really surprised. (my wife said that it was a lie or a demagogue)

マスクは、近距離の飛沫によるウイルスの「被爆量」を少なくすることによって、感染リスク(数値)を下げるものです。

The effect of masks are deceasing the risk of infection by reducing the "exposure" to virtues from droplet at close range.

感染リスクは、(1)ウイルス株の毒性 x (2)他人からの飛沫量(= マスクによる飛沫量の減衰 x 他人との距離 x 他人との時間) x (3)感染者数の比率 、という非常に単純なかけ算で決まるものです。

The infection risk is decided by a simple multiplication of f (1) the virulence of the virus strain, (2) the amount of droplets from others (= attenuation of droplets by masks x distance from others x time spent with others), and (3) the radio of number of people infected.

現状、(1)の毒性が下がり、(3)の感染者数が減っていることから、(2)のソーシャルディスタンスを担保できる環境にいれば「マスクは必要ない」というのは、極めて当然の勧告です。

Therefore, now (1)virulence is going down, (3)the ratio is also going down, so, the advice of "No mask, no problem" under the keep social distance, is a natural result.

もちろん、「0.001より、0.0001は、1/10小さい数になる」という意味において、マスク着用に意味がない訳ではありませんが ―― それで、別のリスク(熱中症等)が、100倍になったら、意味ありません。

Of course, using mask is a significant from the viewpoint of "0.001 is bigger than 0.0001", however, even if it loaded another risk (Heat stroke, etc.), it should be nonsense.

ここ2年間は、このリスクは、バランスが取れていたのですが、今、このバランスは崩れています。

For this two years, the both risk are almost equal. however, now the balance is collapsed.

今は、熱中症の方がリスクが高いのです。

Now heat shocks are risker than the infections.

私は、コロナ禍を、スタートから今に至るまで、ずっと「数字」と「確率」で、見続けてきました。

I have watched this COVID-19 disaster from the beginning, as "Math." and "Probability".

さっきの「総括」の話ですが、一つには『今回のコロナ禍を、数学と統計で観測し続けてきた人は、極めて少数だった』という事実が導き出せるのかもしれない、と思っています。

According to the above "summarization", I think that one of them might be "few people is watching disaster from the viewpoint of mathematics and statics".

私は、気にいったモノは、とことん使い倒すタイプで、腕時計など、同じモノを3つ購入しています。

I am the type of person who uses up things I like to the fullest, and I have purchased three identical watches and other items.

一つは、(亡き)父にプレゼントしましたが、 ―― そうだとしても、3つは数が合いません(2つなら分かるのですが)。

One was a gift to my (late) father, but -- even if so, three doesn't count (although two would make sense).

この時計、電波時計で、文字が大きく、なにより安い(4000円弱)です。

This clock is a radio-controlled clock, has large letters, and most importantly, it is inexpensive (less than 4,000 yen).

しかし、電池交換をすると2000円以上、バンド交換をしても同程度のコストがかかりますので、それを考えると、『使い捨て』が正しい用途なのだと思います。

However, replacing the battery costs more than 2,000 yen, and replacing the band costs about the same, so considering this, I think "disposable" is the correct use.

話を戻しまして、上記の「2つ」と「3つ」の違いなのですが、『電池切れになったので購入したものの、自分で電池交換したら動いてしまった』あたりがオチではないか、と思い、過去の日記を調べてみました。

Back to the story, the difference between the "two" and the "three" above, I thought it might be around "I bought another watch because the battery of the first watch ran out, but it worked after I changed the battery of the first by myself," so I checked my past diaries.

当たりでした。

で、私が、自力で電池交換やら、バンド交換している理由も、すでに記載していました。

先日、1つが電池切れになって、もう一つがバンド切れになりましたので、それぞれ電池交換とバンド交換をしました。

One recently ran out of battery and the other ran out of band, so I replaced the battery and band, respectively.

ゴムのバンドは、1年くらいで切れてしまうので、今回は、布のバンドに挑戦してみました。

The rubber bands would break after about a year, so I tried fabric bands this time.
