以前、「どーでもよくなる」という日記を公開したことがあります。
ここのところ、久し振りにLBS(Location Based Service)の調査をしていたのですが、Googleが、「Google Maps Coordinate」というモバイルワーカー管理ツールのサービスを開始しています。
「モバイルワーカー管理ツール」というのは「全社員位置監視ツール」ということです。
無論、この程度のツールはすでに存在していましたが、これをGoogleが提供を開始したということには大きな意味があります。
ジョージ・オーウェルの「1984」が、現実性を持って確かに開始された、ということです。

Googleといえば、我が国でも一時期大騒ぎになった「Googleストリートビュー」に関する騒動って、どうなっているんでしょうか？
私が調べている限り、この件について、国内で係争中の裁判を見つけられていません。
この理由は、推測の枠を出ませんが「訴状が書けなかった」のではないかと思っています。
裁判を提訴する為には、当然告訴が必要なのですが、その告訴の理由は、正当な法律の条文を引用したものでなければ、裁判を開始することすらできない(請求却下)のです。
「気持ち悪い」とか「止めて欲しい」だけでは、原則、訴状を構成できないのです。
ただ、「Googleストリートビューのせいで、精神疾患になった」と認められる場合は、その当事者とGoogleの間で、損害賠償請求とか、その家の表示だけを停止するような差止請求は可能と思います。
しかし、「Googleストリートビュー」のサービス自体を潰すのであれば、国民の8割程度が精神的疾患に陥いっていることを、客観的に証明する必要があるでしょう。

死亡率のパラメータを手で入力していったのですが、これが、なかなか感慨深い作業だったのです。

特に大学関係者のプレゼンに、「文字だけ」の資料が多いです。

大きな文字を書いて、読みやすくしている『つもり』になっているようですが、サボっているのは見え見えです。

また、「デザインとして表現すると、考えが限定的になってしまう」という主張もあるようですが、その主張は二重の意味でナンセンスなのです。
Some persons tell that design restricts expansion of technical thoughts, but this is a nonsense as a double meaning.
デザインというのは、技術の具現化の一番最初のフェーズですから、デザインのない技術というものは存在できません。
Design is coming at the first phrase of technical realization. So there is no technology without design phrase.
そもそも「抽象的な技術的思想の創作を保護する」ことを目的とする特許においてですら、『実施例』の記載が義務づけられています。
Above all, the purpose of patent rights is to protect creations of obstacle technology thoughts, however, practical example should be attached in patent applications.
これは、特許法が、「デザインを作り、具体化して、実施可能なものが、最低1つはないと、権利(特許権)はやらん!」と宣言しているということです。

■国語は、同じ言語での、さらに細かい意思伝達の為の会話です。
Japanese is for conversations with people who want to convey the detailed intentions.
会話の成立しない世界での、世界の理解の仕方は、基本的に1つしかありません。
The method how to understand the world without conversations is unique.
「暴力」です。
It is "violence".
「暴力」だけの社会は、どう考えても、膨大なリソース(人命を含む)の無駄遣いが永遠と続き、命が保証される安全安心な社会とは、縁遠そうです。
The society made by just "violence" is, obviously, wasting tremendous resource(including human life), and far from unassured daily life.

技術に関する「薄い本」・・・もとい、分かりやすい本を、出版社を通さずに、出展して、その場で販売するイベントで「池袋サンシャインシティ」で開催されているようです。
This event will be held at "Ikebukuro Sunshine City", exhibits and sells easy-to-understand "thin books" about technology, without passing through the publisher.
(技術典書で出版される本は、実際に薄くて、読みやすく、(もちろんエロの要素は絶無ですが)、便利なので、ここでは便宜的に"薄い本"と表記します)。
(The books published at the event are really thin, readable, and convenient, of course without erotic elements. I write "thin book" for my convenience) .
で、その"薄い本"の内容が、全く侮れないのです。
However the contents of "thin book" is really formidable.
実際に、私は通販で、電子書籍(PDF)を何冊か購入していますが、実に良くできています。

世の中の多くの人に比べれば、私は、「もの凄く在宅勤務に適した業務」をしていますので、贅沢を言ってはならないのですが、色々問題も出てきています。

「どうやらソーシャルキャピタルのデファクトスタンダードとなる定義はなさそう」という結論になりそうです。
I might conclude, "There is no de facto standard definition of social capital."
そこで、一番最初に、この概念を提唱した人の著書に立ち戻ることにして、自分なりの解釈を開始しました。
So, I decided to return to the books of the first proponent of the concept and began my own interpretation.
'Friends are bonds' -- I told this story to my wife, and she looked disgusted.
嫁さん:「まあ、『町内会で活動することには金銭的価値がある』というのは良いとしても、『友人に値段が付けられる』という考え方は不快だ」
