小学生の頃、放課の時間になると外に追い出されていました。

真夏の炎天下、真冬の小雪の吹雪の中でも例外なしです。

そして、真冬の授業開始前に、マラソンと称して、校庭を10周も走らされた日々は、「小学生」という私の人生の貴重な時代を、決定的に暗黒の時代にしてくれました。

あのマラソンなる阿呆なイベントは、小学生の私を重度の鬱病にし、不必要に風邪などの病理を招いたことは、今となっては明白な事実です。

当時の教師達か、A県の教育委員会か、なんだか分からないけど、そういう組織か法人に、損害賠償請求(民709条)を請求したいものだ、と、ふと、今日思いました。

が、すでに時効が成立していました(20年)。

それと、今でも、給食を食べ切れない児童を、居残りさせてまで食べさせる意義が、どこにあったのかを、私は知りたいのです。

どなたか、小学校の給食が食べられなくて、栄養不足で死亡した児童がいたら教えて頂けませんか。 私は確信を持って、一人もいないだろう、と断言できます。

クラス全員が「逆上がり」ができることで、『全員達成！』を標榜し、逆上がりができない子供を追いつめる教育をしていたA県の小学校の教育は、「愚劣」を百万回称呼しても足りないくらいの愚劣教育の極みだと断言します。

戦時中の「隣り組制度」や、日本の隣に位置する独裁国も真っ青の全体主義教育を、当時の保護者はどうして看過できたのでしょうか。

当時の小学校とは、私には、理不尽の集大成でした。

理不尽であることを学ばせることを目的としているのであれば、その意義は十分に果せていると思います。

A県は、私の出身地です。

私がA県から離れた理由は、A県の教育に起因しています。

いずれお話します。

先日、「新型うつ」の話をしました。

近年、このような事態を回避する為に、いわゆる飲み会や、従業員の家族を加えた社内運動会、職場旅行などが復活される兆しがあるようです。

嫌な風潮だ、と思っています。

1990年代、公的なイベントに私的な時間を費すことの批判が殺到し、社内運動会などの実施は、事実上の廃止に追い込まれました。

理由は簡単。

誰も幸せにならないから。

管理部門は、営業利益と全然関係のないイベントの為に奔走しなければならず、下手すれば半年もの時間を費されることになる。

業務部門は、数少ない休日を会社のイベントで潰される。巻き込まれる家族も同様。

職場としての自分と職場を離れた自分は、完全な別人格であり、「二面性を持つ排他的個人」であるというスタンスは、1990年代後半に概ね完成したと思います。

ところが、「新型うつ」に対応するのに、飲み会や、社内運動会、職場旅行が良いそうなのです。

　プロジェクト制で仕事ごとに上司やチームが変わるというような、案件ごとの関わりではなく、「その部下のことを人柄から家族背景などを含めて全人格的に知っている」といった関係を取り戻そうという動きが必要だ。そのためには、仕事や職場以外の飲み会などでの付き合いも、単なる個人主義によって避けることなく、見直していくとよいだろう。

本当だろうか。

私は疑っています。

ワークホリックによる、家庭や家族の崩壊が叫ばれていた90年代において、我々は、「その部下のことを人柄から家族背景などを含めて全人格的に知っている」という、組織の悪しき風潮を止めようとしたのです。

それによって、企業などの組織への帰属感のみに支配されない、確固とした「個人の確立」を目指していたハズです。

このような過去の経緯を無視して、「全人格的に知っている」ことを、今さら「是」とするような論調は卑怯だと思う。

はっきり言えば「下品」だ。

大体、企業は「新型うつ」になっている人を、「気の毒」と思うから対応するのではありません。

労働力が減少するから、対応するのです。

「新型うつ」によって、生産性が上がるのであれば、当然のごとく放置しますし、場合によっては加速させるかもしれない。

企業の目的は、利潤であるからです。

私が、各種イベントの復活の風潮を「嫌らしい」(はっきり言えば「汚らしい」)と考えるのは、社内運動会、職場旅行が、会社に業績に資するらしい、ということが分かった

「後」で、

各企業が動き出しているからです。

90年代前の社内運動会、職場旅行には、「職場の和」という目的(名目)があったとは言え、そこに

「金の匂い」

は、一切なかったように思う。

そこにあったのは「職場の和」という価値観と、「私人としての個」としての価値観の相違であり、それは、(今になって考えれば)それなりに、美しい激突であったようにと思うのです。

しかし、ここに「金の匂い」が入ってきたら、どうなるか。

企業が、利潤を目的として、飲み会、社内運動会、職場旅行を命令したら、それは業務命令です。

私は、自分の価値観に反して、管理職の立場から、飲み会に参加し、運動会をサポートし、職場旅行の企画を部下に命じることになるでしょう。

そして、自らも、楽しくもない酒を飲み、酔ったふりをして、叫び、騒ぎ、― 多分、相当に疲労し、憔悴する。

そして、最後に、私が「うつ病」になる、と。

この病気は、何と命名されるのでしょうか。

今度の寄稿コラムの為、長女の為に「ゴルゴ13」を購入しました。

ゴルゴ13とは、超一流のスナイパー（狙撃手）である国際的テロリストの活躍をベースとして、世界の国際的な政治・経済・宗教・宗教は勿論、軍事、最先端技術を分かりやすく解説する劇画漫画です(江端解釈)。

まあ、正直に言うと、私の国際問題に関する勉強のきっかけは、この「ゴルゴ13」から始まっていることが多いです。

例えば、メジャーな国際問題である「パレスチナ問題」の全体像を把握したければ、「ゴルゴ13」だけで十分でしょう。

もちろん、何もかも正確に記載されている訳ではありません(特に、コンピュータとネットワーク関連では、私でも誤記を指摘できる箇所もある)。

しかし、全体としては、驚異的な知識と学習がベースになければ、到底可能とは思えない程の、素晴しい作品です。

ゴルゴ13は、自分の依頼を完遂する為に、それぞれの専門家(武器商人、コンピュータエンジニア等)に、色々な機材を発注するのですが、私に言わせると、

―― ゴルゴ13、その発注方法ではだめだ。

と突っ込みたくなることがあります。

技術者：「ということは、ネットワークに過負荷を与えて、通信を不能にするということですか？」

ゴルゴ13：「俺の質問だけに答えろ」

(例2)

武器商人：「あなたは、我が国の権力基盤の一端を破壊しようとしているのか」

ゴルゴ13：「余計な詮索はするな」

これでは駄目ですね、ゴルゴ13。

背景、趣旨、目的、そして詳細な計画案、問題点、それらを開示することによって、より良い提案がされて、計画が具体化し、作戦の成功率が高まるというものです。

このような秘密主義が、プロジェクトを頓挫させることは、歴史を見るまでもなく明かなことです。

まあ、それでは、劇画漫画としてしては面白くないし、大体テロリストが他人に作戦を開示した段階で計画としてはアウト、ではありますけどね。

それはさておき。

なぜ、私が「ゴルゴ13」を長女に買い与えたかは、あと2週間程で分かると思います。

3月22日の日記において、私は、ある方のツイートメッセージの内容を誤読して、その人のメッセージを引用し、その人を侮辱する内容の日記を掲載しました。

また、3月23日の日記においても、その22日の日記に基づく内容であった為、この両日の日記を、先程削除しました。(内容を訂正して、再掲を予定しております)

詳細は後程、キチンと開示致しますが、取り急ぎ、かかる私の曲解によって、ある人の名誉を傷付ける内容を日記で公開し、それを一定期間開示し続けたことに対して、先程、お詫びのメッセージを送付したところです。

今後は、メッセージの含む内容の可能性を多角的に判断するように心掛け、軽はずみにかかる行為に及ばないように致します。

今後、この経緯について具体的に公開を予定しておりますが、取り急ぎ、その方への謝罪を申し上げると共に、私の行為を自己批判致します。

会社というところは、職位が上がるほど、発令される命令が抽象化します。

職位が上の人は、多くの分野のことを、同時に色々考えなければなりません。

People of high-ranking job title must be considered various things at the same time.

ですから、一つ一つを具体的に命令することが難しい、ということは理解できるのです。

So, I can understand that it is difficult to command a single one concretely for them .

しかし、具体的な指示を出さず、やることなすことに否定だけされ続けたら、職位が下の人のモチベーションが下がるのは当然のことです。

以前、芥川龍之介先生が、「ぼんやりとした不安」という言葉を残して自殺をした理由は、不景気をバックグランドとした「失職への恐怖」だったのではないか、という話をしました。

Before,I told you that the reason why Akutagawa Ryunosuke committed suicide leaving the word "blurry anxiety" was, I think, "fear of unemployment" based on the recession.

これは、「◯◯一筋」という ―― 世間では賞賛されがちな ―― 生き方のリスクを、表わしていると思います。

I think that this "no-nonsense xxxx", which tends to be praised in the world however, has a risk of life.

加えて、現在、教育現場が推進しようとしているプログラム教育が、「喰いっぱぐれる可能性を小さくする技術の一つ」の取得になるだろう、というお話もしました。

それはさておき。

ここから導かれる結論は、「作家」という職業は、「結構不安定な職種」なのではないか、という一つの仮説です。

不安定な職種であるなら、その職業を維持する為に、作家は大変な努力をしなければならないハズだ、と思えます。

少くとも、私の係わってきた世界では、「納期は絶対」です。

目標とした品質を達成してないとしても、とにかく締切までには必ずリリースしなければなりません。

もっとも、その納期を守らせる為、また品質を達成する為に、「発注者」の方は、定期的なフォローをし、妥協点を見い出さなければならないのは当然ですし、

However, in order to keep the delivery date and to achieve quality, it is natural that the "orderers" should follow regularly and find compromises,

そして、「受注者」の方は、納期が守れそうにないと判断した場合は、納期の延期や、品質の低下などの条件変更など、早い段階でアラートを上げなければなりません。

And, if the "contractor" person decides that the delivery date is unlikely to be protected, he/she must raise the alert at an early stage, try to change conditions like deferment of delivery date, deterioration of quality.

そのような自助努力をして、なお、納期が守れなかった者に対して、私達の社会が課す処分は明快です。

Even doing such self-help efforts, the disposition imposed by our society is clear for those who failed to keep the delivery date.

だから、「逃げる」「追いかける」という、作家と編集担当者の振舞いが、私にはどうにも、現実離れしているような気がするのです。

次女:「そんなチョコレートの食べ方は、邪道だ。チョコレートに対しても失礼だ。目の前に板チョコが登場しがら、それが視界から消えるまでが、チョコレートのライフタイムだ」

SD: "It's a bad way to eat chocolate. It is sorry for chocolate. It's the chocolate's lifetime that ranges from a chocolate bar appears in front of me, to disappears from my view.

そこで、kobore.netサイトのアクセス状況を見てみたのですが、ビックリしました。

So I took a look at the access status of the kobore.net site, and was surprised.

先ずは、アクセス先です。

kobore.netのトップページからアクセスしているのは、全体の4%程度でした。ということは、日々のアクセスカウントは、実質アクセスカウンターの25倍程度見ておかなればならないようです。

ブログへの直接アクセスが34%は想定内ですが、驚いたのは、英語版のブログへのアクセスが"5%"もあったということです。

The 34% of direct access to the blog was expected, but what surprised me was that "5%" of the access was to the English version of the blog.

「英語版なんか、誰も読んでいないだろう」と、これまで惰性で続けていたのですが、これは結構無視できない数値でした。
