Though "Cheerful loud voices" sounds nice, I felt angry to be heard such a loud voices with thinking many things on the way to work.

For my case, I didn't care minds of business persons at all in my high school days, so I should overlook that their actions are

"An initiation ceremony in their youth"

However there are some advisers or teachers for their activities, I think they should give some advice to to clarify their purpose.

(1)To satisfy their selves completely for their activity.

(2)To get money(target amount)

(3)To advertise the activities.

(4)To appeal the status (plight, etc.) of the subject.

There might be no problem, if they choose the above (1). I think that it is important for them.

If the purpose is the above (2)-(4), the opposite effect becomes terrible. It is nonsense.

I think that it should be too hard to ask high school student to think over more.

However I sometimes see same kinds of activities by college student at the station square.

Without setting any purpose, only to be closed their self-satisfaction, I think that they are too childish.

I believe that the media based on visualisation, calling it "design" in this diary, is really awful.

Firstly, "design" appeals to "eagerness to buy" strongly.

My wife and daughters had never accepted my persuasion that they should select productions, like automobile and cell phone, fro, the view of the functions.

At that time, I could understand profoundly that the value of "functions" is inferior to the value of "design", even if our engineer are struggle to develop new good function.

I don't like the designs and its interface of MAC or iPod/iPAD, thought, it is obvious that I am in minority group.

Secondly, "design" is a international communication language.

The reason why I have gone business trip in the world, though I am a typical "loveless engineer from English", is that I can use paper and white board.

I think that I can explain "the world" with drawing rectangle and arrow.

Thirdly, (this might be for engineer only), "design" is an indispensable item for engineering approach.

Nobody want to read a presentation material with picture.

In many case, patent applications without picture, are rejected by Patent office Board of Appeals.

It is not for "poor invention", but for "hard to be understood by examiners".

More over, "possibility to realize my idea as a design" is a kind of proof for the completion of my idea.

Now I make simple "virtual" Metropolis of Tokyo in my computer, and "virtual" trains are running on several "virtual" lines.

At the "virtual" Metropolis of Tokyo, I prepare hundreds of thousand of "virtual" citizens and try to make a easy "virtual" transshipment service for their "virtual" smart-phone.

This time, I have implemented "Dijkstra method", that can resolve a shortest path problem with shortest-processing-time.

To tell you the truth, I have just embeded an open source in the Internet to my simulation program.

Just inputting the station numbers of both a departure and an arrival, the program output the a shortest path of a "virtual" citizen immediately. However I felt that

"It is beautiful"

I was fascinated with watching the process.

A few weeks ago, when I watch a program, so called "variety show" on the TV,

I was shocked to know that most of the performer didn't know the words of "Pythagorean theorem". Even some of them know the words, they cannot understand the contents.

We all Japanese, should be taught "Pythagorean theorem" at junior high school. I am afraid that "disgust (or hate) against Math." shows in true colors.

Of course, I know that each of us has our own background.

Without cosine / sine theorem, vector inner product calculation, equation of motion, and calculation of impulse, I can not create "virtual Tokyo" in my computer.

Numbers and mathematics are an indispensable tool for me to make a decent living.

If you are involved in making things, I think that we are in the same situation.

To tell you the truth, I didn't get angry with this accident, because of the good time management of Yokohama Municipal Subway.

In fact, I know well that the recovery from a derailment accident is terrible difficult.

First of all, they cannot install a crane in a tube of subway, and can use only hydraulic jacks.

They should not use electricity to carry the devices to the accident place. The power should be shutdowned around the place for safety activities.

I have watched my father and mother hauling massive custom-made furniture by human power alone in a factory filled with toxic thinner-type gases, the same temperature as a sauna.

From time to time, I also went to help out.

It was an adamant site, so tough that even I, a teenager, could have collapsed in the factory.

There are no words to describe the fatigue and pain of my father and mother, who were elderly.
