A long time ago, a young man talking with a friend on the train, said
"If we can pass "Information Processing Engineer Exam (the second grade) (I do not know if the test still exists), the safety of our life is guaranteed"
When I heard the talk, I wanted to speak,
"Hey you. Sit there and listen to me"

The time that everybody and his brother were noisy with saying "Information society", was beautiful in the bubble era.
"Computers and personal computers will change our lives dynamically". It was a dreamy era.
I feel that the momentum was greater than the recent AI boom.
Because I have been confused by various technology buzzwords, starting with "computer boom", going through the "Windows95" and "second AI boom".
"It is enough to continue being deceived for 40 years"
I believe that it is a natural right to make this "AI boom" stupid.
Aside from that.

This time, I thought again about what XX is, in the phrase of "If I can do XX, it will be safe for the rest of your life."
Well, what is often heard is "entrance","graduation", "employment", "marriage," and "(something) qualification".
I think these will function as "signaling", but I feel honestly that it is hard to guarantee for our "safe life".
If using a phrase, "income to secure clothing, food and living" is good, but this is too specific to understand.
I thought that what was important, was not the meaning of "XX" but the meaning (definition) of "safety".
So I thought what the "safety" was, and tried to look up the dictionary. The dictionary said
"A gentle and safe thing. No anxiety or danger"
No way. I can't define this either.
Considering the people living in the country of airstrikes and civil wars, the people in our territory land and waters are currently "safe".
But perhaps, I think that the meaning of "safe" is different.
