I think I have spent a lot of time on the development and use of location information systems and devices (GPS, etc.).
This weekend, I was writing a column about my family's incident that occurred in the service using this GPS system.
Recently, I am considering a system that uses the Japanese GPS (assist) satellite “Michibiki” (using Raspai).
I think that I have to be with the location information technology.
-----
This weekend, I was watching the anime “Promised Neverland” during a break in writing the column.
I was "challenging alone" about the specifications of the location information device that appeared in the anime.
In this animation, a facility for managing children appears, and there are
- Children that location devices are embedded in their body, and
- "Mama" who manages the facility can know the position of the child using the monitor device.
This is a typical tracking system, provided by "Secom Co,".

There are a few challenges about this tracking system of "Promised Neverland".
(A) How do they send power to the device embedded in the body
(B) Even if using a built-in battery, how do they guarantee the power to transmit location information to the outside?
The biggest challenge for me is
"Mama", who appeared in Episode 11 (the biggest climax), is a scene to discover the position of the device left by "Ema".
On the "Mama" terminal, the location "Emma" that is 1 meter ahead, is displayed.
However, To realize even such a simple operation is impossible by current technology.
