By the way,

I think that

All peole who say "I could not watch a bully at all" or "I had not experimented a bully for a certain period" are person with a criminal record

To be specific, I also think that

For peole who had been forced to live "painful school life",

people who can speak only "enjoyable school life",

had passed over, and trampled out them , and

moreover, they have not noticed the past facts.

Like this, if I define followings

-"You are a victimizer, if you had passed over a bully"

-"You are a victimizer, if you had not noticed a bully"

I think

"No one can escape from being the vicimizer of bully"

Whatever else I think , I believe that this view is "right".

However I have never known articles or columns from this viewpoint.
