My home's troubles-shooting with wireless LAN and printer failure, and operations of the video server, are my job.

I don't complain of them, however, sometimes, I wonder who manages them at each houses.

Before a device called "breaker" spreading to each house (about 40 years ago), there was a thing called "fuse".

This was a metal wire that melted with the heat generated by the excess power, when the amount of electricity exceeded the upper amount. This was in a box called "distribution board".

Even today, this box is often installed at the entrance, but in my home it is in my room.

At that time, this fuse was used to prevent a fire due to a short circuit. (Now the breaker shuts off the electricity)

In many cases, a person called "father" changed the metal fuse.

It was easy to replace it with a single driver, but it was also a rather dangerous task (with the possibility of electric shock).

And, by "showing" such specialized skills, they could make an appeal of "faith of the patriarch".

However, such fuses changes are fundamentally different from wireless LAN problems, printer failure responses, and video server operations.

Because a single driver is useless for the operations.

Well, who is repairing them ?

An electrician in the town might be asked to help.

However, I do not think that the electrician in the town will come to maintenance for the goods purchased cheaply by mail order such as Amazon.

I think that the electrician in the town is only performing maintenance as an after-sales service for the products they have delivered

I think "they can not do it."
