The other day, when I came back home, my wife watched a TV while pressing.

Just watching the display in five seconds, I could understand the title is "white big tower" written by Yamazaki Toyoko-san.

Now, I think that this "white big tower" is made into a TV drama at frequent intervals, like "Chuushingura(Vassals of loyalty)" end of every year.

"A lot of "white big towers" are in Japan"

I was very impressed.

Whenever I watch this drama, I think "the characters of this drama are more different from our mind", though even we are same engineers. Of course the types are different, "doctors" and "toolies".

The concept of this drama is "struggle for power in-house".

I think that the power is attractive.

To begin with, other persons come to be difficult to criticize what you want(or decrease the number).

It is also attractive that you can criticize what others want to do.

However, the power will annoy you for the process of struggle for power and, will have to keep the maintenance.

I also feel the cost of preparing for being pulled out of power is a waste.

I come to think about the threshold of difference between "want" and "indifference" to the power.

Of course, I think that many reasons depend on the person's qualifications, however,

in order to realize what they want to do, the need of "organizational background" is important.

If you need "organizational background", the power is a must.

If you need only your efforts , the power is unwanted.

If you turn the above over,

If you find "what you want to do without organizational background", your cost of the struggle is going to be zero.

However, this is not easy either.

Persons who do not have organizational background are easily separated from the organization.

They will always be anxious about losing your job.

Summarising the above, living away from the bothersome "the power",

both

(1) Work that does not require organizational backgrounds,

and

(2) Work required from "organization"

are needed, and you should find them or make them by yourself.

But this seems to be quite difficult.

I think.

Rather, "power struggle" seems to be simple and easy.

After all, it is difficult in any way to do "what you want to do".

If there is a person around you, who simply says, "do what you want to do", you can beat that person without any hesitation.
