About two years ago, my family went skiing, so this "one person sky" is after an absence of a few years.
The cycle of "one person ski" becomes rapid, because I don't have to think about other members, and do it by myself.
In addition, I can try only my favourite courses of ski place, and the total consumed calories become bigger.
So, I know that these event make me blind.
"It is no problem to eat too much, because I exercise too much."
-----
Fu,Fu,Fu. It is too optimistic.
Now I am a mathematical diet of world authority(self-designation).
I have already made it clear that "One-day exercise" doesn't impact on the weight.
So I don't eat much, even if I go to a expert ski course more than 20 times.
So, my body weight, although there may be reduced, can be no possible increase.
I was convinced that.
-----
This morning, I was screaming on the scale.
"+1.5kg"
What is what on earth?
Of course, I am familiar with "weight error" however, this value exceeds the error range so far.
Smorgasbord of last week's wedding anniversary, the weekend effect without exercise, and others is not enough to explain this weight.

Events that deviate from the everyday significantly, like "one person skiing" as extraordinary, have something that upsets "my body" as precision machine.
