But the people of high-ranking job title has already encountered such unreasonable accidents many times and had got this position at the present. So they had known well unreasonable accidents more than others.

So I wonder.

Why don't they issue "a nice instructions to move the people feeling"?

I think that this problem should have been present from thousands of years ago when human being had invented farming, and formed the hieraruhi society.

Since long long time has gone, this problem should have been resolved long ago.

I think there are three answers against this problem.

(1)Human being cannot control human being basically.

Especially it is very difficult to control them by "joy", so "intimidation" and "fear" is going to be needed.

(2)There is a limitation to control organization by Hieraruhi architecture.

It might be difficult that one person serves concurrently more than two works at the same time.

(3)Boss thinks that the boss's instructions is not effect by themselves.

Even if it is the mindless "negative", the possibility of another way becomes "rise". So they try to the time being "negative".

So far, I think there are three proposals I can say, against the problem.

You prepare yourself for the worst, this problem is not going to be resolved thousand years later.

You think that it is enough that you can realize half of your boss's order

You prepare an idea of make the independent way against your company, even if it is a trivial thing.
