About ten years ago, my company research institutes were divided two sites.

The moving time between these two sites was almost 1.5 hours, and the coworkers of both sites annoyed the moving.

About persons who didn't know the place of above background, the appointed place troubles were daily happening.

So when I informed the place to attendances of a meeting, I made an e-mail as follow.

I used to insert the above lines three times in my mail at the beginning of a sentence, at the middle of a sentence, and at the end of a sentence.

But a call was coming to me, as follow.

about ten minutes past the start time for the meeting.

Hello, Ebata-san. I cannot find "the east building" in your mail"

"Well, it is natural"

"Let me see. Would you please start to walk about 20km distance to the South ?"
