Yesterday, I went into a hospital for a complete physical examination, and I was called to come to another room after lunch.
As expected, the results were not good, so I was offered to get the medical check observation program against lifestyle disease.
I had rejected such offers every time, but I am going to write about "diet" with numbers in my series column.
I thought "this might be a change to get some tips of the column", so I accept the offer this time.
I was said that "for the present, let you reduce drinking milk"
Others, I got the following advice.
The snack named "SOY-JOY" is good against your hunger.
Japanese sweets are better than western sweets.
Soba is better than Udon (Colored food is better).
From now on, I decided that I am going to mail to the doctor about my weight information, and go to the hospital three months later.
-----
But, I am doing
- having meal regularly.
- walking on commute as much as I can
- finishing dinner before six P.M.
To tell you the truth, I wanted to say "what should I do more?"
(To be continued)
