This New Year holiday, I tried to make a controller program for DI/DO control with cooking for my father at my parent's house.
I used a middleware API that a product maker has provided, but I could not make the program start up well, I have been annoying in front of my PC.
"I should give up it now."
I make the thorough report that I wrote all my trials about the program, and sent it to the maker. After that, I suspended the PC.
I thought
"The calling will come at the first day of work after New Year's"
But a mail came to me from a salesperson of the maker on the day.

For just this short mail, the favorable impression of this company became growing exponentially.
Even it was the period of the New Year's holiday, giving me the mail made me happy.
But I was afraid that this typical Japanese service will make companies, so called "black", as a remote cause.
