For my laboratory, I am often ordered to modify the material by boss, Though I don't know whether other companies or other jobs are same.

Making materials by the PowerPoint → Being reviewed the materials by others → Being ordered the modification → Remaking the material →Being reviewed the materials by others → Being ordered the modification → ....

The route of the order continues among executive, department manager, unit manager and me until just before.(It is really "until just before" as minutes and seconds without joking.)

I have believed that the time and energy make our decision making and the speed lower, and as the result of that, we lose business chances and competitive power.

Though I have not changed the thought of mine. I feel that I change the view of this issue.

In short,

"We discuss something with PowerPoint"

It could be called "PowerPoint communication system"

In other words, "I cannot possibly put up with the diary tasks without the thouth."
