Maybe, you often heard the saying,

"It is good days to be blamed"

from your parents and bosses.

I can't accept the saying. I hate to be scolded and don't want to live in the field of flowers.

"There becomes little chance to be scolded"

It is hard for my boss to scold me, because I am old. They seem to hesitate it.

It is good indeed.

Seniority is the basic values of Japan.

Now we have to eliminate any merit system.

After all these years, it is unfair to appeal the merit system, like post-attacked rock-paper-scissors out.

As the result, he/she feel that they are always praised relatively.
