In this chance, I went to a local city hall and was issued BRR and digital CERT.

I entered my password to the PC in the city hall in order to make public digital KEY. At the time I noticed that the PC is attached a label of "Windows Vista License Key".

That reminded me that the end of Vista support period is 2017.

It can afford to change OS.

I am waiting for the card, and thinking,

"If the label were not "Vista" but "XP", some kinds of person would blame for the system."
