Last October, I moved to another section, and I found "Newsweek (in Japanese edition) " in the shared area. I read the past issues every day.

I have a bitter memory about "Newsweek".

After entering the college, I was a new fresh student in the full of hope, and I believed that I had to study English very hard.

Recklessly, I admitted the annual subscription of "Newsweek (in English edition)".

It went without saying that the result.

Many Newsweek not be opened at all had been stacked on the floor.

Now the business like that, is going strong, that targets young guys who cannot grasp their English performances by themselves, and are full of reckless hope.

I had been a top of the sucker list, and the sales reprehensive had not be able to stop laughing.

After joining the company, whenever I found English-language newspaper in my co-worker's post in the dormitory, I was afraid that the victim was in here.

Now some economy newspaper company did some business using commercial messages.

After about 30 years ago, I was graduated from the sucker list and read "Newsweek in Japanese edition" everyday.

Though I know the reason why I couldn't read the magazine was the luck of my English performance, even if I had the performance, the result was same.

"Bored"

Am I interested in "U.S. president current", "Economy in the U.S", "Middle East situation" and "terror attack" ?

First of all, the contents were not suitable for me.

Though "computer", "control network", "GPS" might catch me, it was also meaningless for me in campus life.

This sucker list business should be criticized violently, but none of them accuse the business.

Whoever tries to accuse the company, with saying,

"I can't read just one line in your magazine."?

A quality misunderstanding of good or service is not going to occur.

Therefore, nobody cannot believe "we can speak English in thirty minutes", and cannot misunderstand the quality.

It is clear for everybody that this title of the book just just shows the content of the book.

For example, the name "delicious milk" is not suitable for quality misunderstanding. (The other problem might happen.)

I got the loan of this book from the library, and it was a good book.

It is very clear to think of rough concept of conversation skill, and I could get many tips (I like the part of sound production)

On the other hand, I am very interested in comments of reviews that checked low-grade against the book.

One of them said that "Using such rough English conversation is going to lower our Japanese dignity"

However, it has little correspondence with my experiments.

I know well that not only non-natives but also natives don't speak the "correct" English at all in their diary life.

Though I had been poor persons who could not help but using the rough English abroad, I believe that nobody had looked me down.

It may be that I didn't notice their scorns.

Even if that is the case, I don't mind at all. If someone looks me down because of my poor non-mother tongue language, I am going to look them down adversely.

They are non-intelligent persons who never have tried to study foreign languages, and cannot understand the variety of languages.

Every week I take part in the audio conferencing with Chinese engineers. They always try to speak Japanese with heart and soul.

I am strongly moved and impressed by their efforts at the every conference. I NEVER look them down because of their poor Japanese.

For me, if the book whose title is "You can speak Japanese in thirty minutes" is released overseas, I am going to help the expand sales absolutely.

Don't let me lose my nerve.

The reader may possibly buy the book "You can speak English in thirty minutes", in order to speak English in thirty minutes seriously.

If so, it cannot help but measuring the bad reputation.

Why don't you claim your damages against the author or the publishing company and (the claim is going to be rejected naturally so) file a lawsuit? How is this?

The content of claim is "I cannot speak English in thirty minutes".

I really want to know the court ruling.

I have not been doing so-called "gamble game" seriously since until now.

I have tried "Pachinko", "Turf", "Mah-jong" once or twice in my life.

I have never feel enjoying games like poker, life-simulation game, and card games.

The reason is simple.

I cannot win any game.

In order to win the game, I think some intelligence must be needed in some extended, but unfortunately I don't have it either.

And I don't have any luck desperately.

For me, I am about to be not allowed to use the phrase "Beginners luck".

At the year end party of the last night, I won the the third prize of Bingo.

This was a serious and unexperienced accident.

About my life, I have never experimented to be a winner of Bingo in my life.

I think that "luck " is a sort of a probability. So I could get the following luck in return of the daily luck,

To complete the proto type software in a desperate period,

To activate an electric circuit that had not worked at all,

To finish writing patent applications and columns in the hard deadline.

This is not only my "confidence" but also "gospel" for me.

The third prize made me leave a shadow.

The other day, the medical checkup report was posted, and something annoying were written in the report.

Though I always ignore the contents of report, I came to think last night

I am going to search a hospital that give me general aesthetic during photogastroscope.

At the beginning or end of the (fiscal) year, I have to do various process about tax return and year-end adjustment, from my PC.

Since we can do these kinds of process by the PC, we are suffering more and more,far from becoming easy.

The poor quality of sentences of management department

annoys me terribly.

The reasons are the following four points roughly, as follows

(1)I do not understand the purpose of a sentence. I can not read what they wanted to make me.

After reading until the end of the sentence, I have to read "Press the button of intention to confirm the composition of the family" from the full sentence.

(2)I do not understand the contents of the procedure. I do not know what kind of operation to do.

At the most, they did not write "you can press just two buttons" with just attaching the URL of more than 50 pages of manual, and they leave it as it is.

(3)They do not use drawings

Even if there is a figure on the operation screen, I might understand it. However, they brotherly explain in text, an erroneous operation occurs, and my work is goig to be delayed.

(4)They not attach any sample.

If there is a way of writing sentences, I can understand how many characters I should use, how much writings and hardness of the sentences should be written. It is obvious. However they will not give me anything. As a result, the unnecessary return will occur.

I have serialized about human injuries before. Near the last round,

I have interviewed almost all private railway companies in Tokyo.

Except for one company,

"I was interrupted by all companies."

I have calculated several population problem of Japan before.

So I come to feel sensitive about the world and number of "birth rate".

"Birth rate" is the average of numbers of children, being born from the women from fifteen years old to forty-nine.

Needless to say, less than the value of "2.0", the population of the nation cannot be kept.

By the way, the birth rate of Japan for this twenty years is about 1.4, and now the society with fewer children has been in progress dynamically.

I think that "birth rate is a sort of report card of the nation from the citizen.

Except for the countries where the citizen think a child is a labor, and the death rate of children is extremely high, "birth rate" assumes "expected value of happiness"

For example,

For the nation that have citizens who cannot feel happy to bear and rear a child, the birth rate is going down.

For the nation that have citizens who don't think that their child will be happy, the birth rate is going down.

So it is an "expected value"

Both Japan and the neighboring country in peninsula, are the worst birth rate countries in the world.

Last weekend, I read "the birth rate in Korea is going less than "1.0" in the newspaper.

I was really shocked to read the article.

I have tried to the population simulation under condition of "the birth rate less 1.0" before, and I remember that the result made me pale.

In order to overcome the aging of its population and the declining birth rate, we need a long time(more than several ten years). If not a certain amount of population, the effect will be not expected.

Now the government is going to hammer out laws, more favorable terms, welfare work and so on. and aiming the birth rate of "1.8".

The target is clear.

It is "temporization".

The strategy is to be expected to arrive the breakthrough reproductive technology in the future.

I think that this is a only strategy that we can handle at the present.

However, the condition of the strategy is based on the present birth rate of "1.4".

At this time, I had the opportunity to interview the manga artist Ken Akamatsu.

I changed my normal tires to snow tires today because I feel that snow is about to arrive.

I cannot imagine my "writing activities" and "research activities" without these supports.

"Don't say unnecessary things."

President Son is right.

You are not wrong at all.

But -- still, the convenience of ChatGPT and generative AI should remain a vested interest only for those who can understand it.

I want those not using ChatGPT to stay on it and not use it.

I only need another 20 years or so -- that's enough time for me to finish my life. After that, I don't care.

I hope you don't use any other AI-based services.

It is easy to find out that AI-based services support my creations.

I don't want the world to know I am 'poor in my abilities' yet.

I rather 'sympathize' with her.
