The other day, I confirmed that I could lose weight of 12kg, through the first and second diet plans in the Ebata's for one year.

However, I was heavy by nature, and I could not have reached the first target yet (BMI=22.0).

But I think that it is a mistake to understand the "12kg" as just "12kg".

For one year, I have sticked to detail parts, that means that there were 120 objects by each 0.1kg unit.

Previously, I had written about a certain control LAN protocol.

From the President's Japanese subsidiary that handled the product, I was invited to technology meeting, and in additon, to the social gatherings.

When I was taking a sushi on small plates, with beer cup in other hand, I was called to one person, who were in charge of sales management of EtherCAT products in the company.

The story was literally an eye-opener to me.

For one more topic, I think that one reason why my family members can keep conversation, in each individual task, is

In my house, I have installed the WiFi by myself, using existing fiber cable Internet.

So, all can use volumetric and fast network environment easily in my house.

This means that the Ebatas house is a "Hot Spot"

Our living room is a "Hot Spot" and "Community Area", so it not special but natural that we gather in the living room, and work individually.

At the bookshelf of a convenience store in my company, I can see a book whose title is

I get on my nerves about whether this book "is left" or "continues to be ordered".

I know the people I've introduced and the people I've had the pleasure of drinking with, and I know that they don't have the slightest desire to 'put anyone down' -- but it's still not a good feeling.

I am a resident of the Odakyu line, and I often use the Keio line as well.

When it comes to Odakyu and Keio, there is the "attempted indiscriminate murder case".

There are some really irredeemable idiots who are saying stupid things about this incident, such as "passengers should fight back.

We know "now" that "The killer only had a knife.

The passengers could have had gasoline sprayed on their bodies and set on fire by the perpetrators, and maybe the perpetrators had 'explosives' in their possession.

Considering this situation, there is no doubt that "escape" is the best solution (even if it is localized) in that incident.

The problem is the motive of the perpetrator in this case.

This motive makes no sense at all, and there is no way to counter a murderer with such a motive.

There are many things I do not understand about the relationship between Russia and Japan regarding this Russian invasion of Ukraine.

I am not familiar with the energy issues between Russia and our country.

For example, the projects called "Sakhalin 1" and "Sakhalin 2."

Japan, in its role as the standard-bearer of the Western liberal camp in Asia, is imposing an unprecedented level of economic sanctions against Russia.

So, it would make sense for Russia to "completely stop energy exports to Japan" in retaliation (if they completely disregard contracts, illegal acts under international law, international conventions, etc.).

Even the U.S. oil export ban on Japan in 1941 was a complete breach of contract on the private level. However, there is no way that a private energy company can compete with the power of the state.
