Previously I wrote that the reason why I continue to write columns

is to answer the question of my family.

As for some recent columns,

"Dad. What is "gender identity disorder"? "

I could not answer it.

"Dad. What does "shortage of electricity" mean? How does it come short? "

I could not answer it.

"Dad. What does "financial collapse" mean? What is going to happen after it? "

I cannot answer it at all (I am going to try).

According to an old column,

"Why did the nuclear accident happen?"

Etc.

Of course, I can make an irresponsible statement, and play them a trick.

I am a person of ripe years.

However, when I could not explain the answer that I feel to understand from the bottom of my heart, I say to them that

Still, I want to talk the information with using numeric and funny metaphor in order to have them enjoy.

"Laughing their tits off" makes me happier.

The maid in this column is for the reason. (My senior daughter caught on greatly.)

I tried to include the concept "pain" in order to understand "gender identity disorder" if for the reason. (My wife nodded deeply).

In conclusion, all of my columns are made for my family's joy and interest.

Last November, at the medical check-up, the doctor told me that I am a potential members of lifestyle disease. After that I had started the Ebata's diet project and the project was completed as the 1st phrase. We are in the 2nd phrase now.

My family except for the senior daughter, take part in the project, but the target of each member is going to be changed.

For example, completion of BMI=22 for me, recovery trial of the first phase for the junior daughter and prohibition of rebound for my wife.

Recently, as a weekend researcher, I am going to find a new diet method only using numbers.

Now I am trying the theme of "whether beauty values exist in the body on diet" from the viewpoint of number and law(design law).

I believe that this is the first trial in the world.

I usually try not to speak about politics (that isn't academic things concerning reigning acts).

That's because politics' story comes back to me quite like a boomerang frequently.

Although no one would criticize trifle person like me, I am describing my opinion with a diary, not like Twitter, my remarks disappear soon.

- Administrative officials, reflecting "feelings" of the head of the executive branch, and having privileged handling,

To tell you the truth, to some extend, I have been watching the same situation in my company.(But that does not mean we can not forgive).

Also, just I am not aware, however I can not deny the possibility of what I am doing such "strain" or "power harassment" (But that does not mean I can not forgive either).

Recently many companies are trying t make "co-creation space" to "enhance creativity".

I could not find the reports that show the effectiveness of "creativity" from objective viewpoint using numbers, however, some people seem to like to work in these fashionable space.

On the other hand, speaking of me, I have never been able to think of a patent story among the "vividly colored walls," "oddly shaped (unstable) chairs," "many friends," and "the smell of coffee.

Rather, they are always "obstacles" for my patent work.

In my case, my creativities go to the peak when I am alone in the "dark", "cold", "small" room, facing a whiteboard.

I don't think that there are many people who have applied more than 100 patent applications( including "divided" or "priority by Paris treaty") to the patent office, like me.

Therefore, the effectiveness of the "Co-Creation Space" may vary greatly from person to person, or I may be an exceptionally "weird guy".

Well, if a company insist that "dark, cold, small, sepia-colored laboratory" is a "co-creation space", the company's image will be in ruin. So I think that I have to understand the background of the company.

Recently, I have opened about a DIY whiteboard.

The most useful item in my research engineer's life, has been "whiteboard"

It is not PC, smartphone, printer, and scanner. Moreover, even my competent colleagues cannot exceed "whiteboard"

"Whiteboard" is a common tool to share knowledges in brain storming, however in my case, it is a tool to "fight me".

In short, some of analog are the strongest tools for me still now.

When I was a student, academic conferences were often attended by students from university seminars, who would crowd into the conference venue to work behind the scenes.

Reception, venue set-up, guided tours, announcements, and various receptions were all run by students (who were slaves of the professors).

However, times have changed.

Is this another effect of the declining birthrate?

Now, eminent university professors in various fields,

- personally handles the reception desk,

- carry the food to the reception hall,

- clean up after the dishes.

I am soberly shocked to see such a situation.

At the welcome party, I felt guilty and wondered, 'Am I allowed to eat a normal, stand-up dinner here?'

I am used to asking an average of one question per presentation at the conference presentations I attend (to solve a problem with my research).

So I think I stand out from the crowd.

I think that some professor has probably memorized my face.

However, at the reception venue, I am used to sitting in chairs by the wall and eating meals, and when I have eaten my fill, I leave the venue as quickly as possible.

I feel guilty.

As a senior researcher, I should be obliged to give good advice to young researchers, inspire them and build a bridge to future research, just like the professors at the university.

However, I completely ignore such things and use the conference solely "for my benefit."
