A lawmaker “Antonio Inoki” is going to prohibit attending a session of the Parliament, because of visiting North Korea without parliament committee permission.
_ I don’t know the severity of the issue, I could not talk anything.
But I think that the prohibition means to deprive his right to vote in the Parliament though he was trusted by this followings.
I remember that lawmakers have a right of “immunity from arrest”.
Even if they kill someone or set afire, they are never arrested by police.
The purpose of the right is to protect lawmakers against powers, when the powers want to make favorable laws easily.
But I heard this "immunity from arrest" has been available in the Diet session.
-----
So, I think that it is enormous server restriction to stop attending the Parliament though some procedures are needed.
There are many ten or more thousand followers behind "Antonio Inoki", and this restriction also stop their politics intentions.
But I don’t sympathize his circumstance at the present.
-----
I feel that “a lawmaker visits North Korea” is not good emotionally. On the other hand I become interested in the logic of the restriction.
Though I think “Let me check this issue”, the staring bell is ringing. That's enough for today.
At the last lecture, I said "bigdata must die".
I introduced this phase to the audience as just ice breaker, but it was a provocative subject in these days.
-----
However, some phrases are omitted indeed.
The whole phrases are followings.
- Not setting of the business target,
- believing that something good is going to appear when tampering with bigdata,
- being danced by buzz words in the field,
- gathering data that is lack of mandatory items, is left the extra ordinal values, is not normalized, and is like waste product and raw garbage with corrupt smell,
- building enormous data in front of me , that need more than twenty minutes for data loading,
- believing that surprising data trend that have never discovered since now is going to be discovered, really,
- Foolish executives.
- You must die.
A friend of my friend told me that he has extracted just the two words "Bigdata" and "must die".
(Continuation from yesterday)
I have never made hand-made wine and beer for twenty years.
(This "twenty years" is important for me)
Why?
One of the reasons is that "I had not been interested in that", though the main reason is "Hand-made had been impractical".
I cannot remember it clearly, the production costs were about 80 yen for a bottle of beer and 150 yen for a bottle of wine.
At that time, I was really surprised to know the high-cost of liquor tax.
-----
However, needless to say,
- The tastes of alcoholic beverage were not stable, because of armature technique.
After tasting, I sometimes though that I was a real genius, and sometimes I felt disgusted at more than 30 bottles in front of me.
Moreover,
- The temperature and fermentation management had annoyed me at any time.
In summer, I had to keep a barrel (plastic bucket) in the room with air conditioner. In winter, I had to drop thermostat into the barrel.
When I opened the lid, I had to pay the closest attention against contamination.
- "The smell" of the fermentation process made my wife complain.
I think that fermentation of fruit and the malt is a "really good fragrance".
Therefore I had left the barrel outside, and maintenance was troublesome.
- Pretty manual labour
It was necessary to turn a beer-barrel of 18 liters (I may come for a waist now).
"This labour and time is the powerful charm of the self brewer" in fact.
(To be continued)
(Case 1)
For a business person, it is difficult to talk about actual condition of one's company.
Evermore criticism or exposure from within are out of question.
If you use anonymous name on SNS, it is easy to specify the original because having "the information".
Once you are specified by a organization, you might have to accept your lose.
"Majority decision rule" is not an exclusive feature of "democracy".
Even if you are a very gallant person, I am afraid that you don't have network of connections, position and friends.
-----
(Case 2)
For a business person, it is also difficult to talk about actual condition of other's company.
There is few person who knows the actual condition, and it becomes easy to specify the person.
Once specified, this story will become down at the upper paragraph.
-----
If I am asked "a business person cannot speak anything anytime", I think that it is not so.
What you do is to leave the organization. You will not be attacked by that organization.
However, it is also true that other organizations tend to avoid "the person who is apt to open internal information".
-----
The conclusion is "I envy a freelancer".
As a rule, I keep the secret, when I am asked from anybody.
It ranges from elders and youngers to relatives, except for illegality or emergency cases.
However, I also ask them not to keep the secret over two years, as a condition.
If they want to extend the period of "two years", I will ask them to update the condition within the period.
I think that "the period of two years" is enough for them, if they don't have an intention to update the condition.
Incidentally, there has been no person to try updating since now.
-----
In addition, I will say to them,
"After two years, I will disclose everything including" Who told me? "
So, they come to get nervous, and stop talking anymore.
Of course, a chill comes over the company.
(Continuation from yesterday)
After stopping drinking, I have noticed several issues.
(1)I can work after drinking party.
This is unexpectly significant. It is a sort of "miracle" that I can make a program after the party,
However, I don't know how many people try to make a program after drinking-party.
(2)I remember a behavior of drunken people
This is also unexpectly significant. The behavior(including abomination) of drunken people is a mine of my columns.
Before, my former boss, who insulted mentally handicapped loudly in a drinking party, was decided to be neither "boss" nor "acquaintance" by me.
Of course, it was a serious problem for him, even how he was identified by me.
-----
So, I will give you my advice, "Don't be off your guard against Ebata"
Now I am a lonely observer with a qualification of reading steiner"
"Business takes my hobby"
Here is the story that about 20 years ago, when I was compiling a Linux kernel, I was beaten "Ebata! Don't play with the toy OS!"
According to EtherCAT, which officially hsa adopted by a major automobile manufacturer, the reason why I just built a system with EtherCAT, is that I happened to find an EtherCAT slave in my home junk box, and I wanted to use it as a human sensor slave.
The only reason I started using Raspberry Pi was that it was the only "computer that can operate a server" that I could purchase on my own.
-----
The technology (programs and electronic circuits) that I started with my personal hobby and acquired through that process, is
"used in the business of my company".
Somehow I can't convince.
On August 31, the day before September 1, adult with a generous heart, send out a message to children who "can't decide whether to kill themselves".
"You can run away."
The message of "you can run awasy" is also often used for working people who have been pushed to the edge at work and have become depressed. This is an irresponsible and vicious message.
If you are allowed to "run away", then you are first obligated to explain the specific "how to escape" in detail.
======
Now let me explain an example of how to escape below.
(1) Prerequisites
The case that you have your own room (if you don't, skip to Chapter 2)
(2) Items to be implemented by August 31
(a) Install your own key in your room. A "stirrup" will suffice and can be obtained at a tool store for about 300 yen.
(b) Keep a week's worth of food and water in your room. Keep at least 20 liters of water in your room.
(3) Items to be implemented from September 1
(a) Start "shut-in". As a rule, never leave the room and never talk to the family.
(b) Do not enter into discussions easily. Do not negotiate with anyone for at least three days.
(c) If there is no movement by the parent or teacher after 7 days, declare "suicide" via email, line, etc.
(d) If the above does not change the situation, you may still commit suicide.
(4) Anticipated parent or teacher response
(a) At the very least, if "shut-in" continues for three days, parents and teachers may start to move.
(b) Disclose to the parent or teacher the reason for not attending school (the fact of the bullying and the name of the person who has been bullying you), with the door closed.
(c) The teacher should suggest that you come to school anyway, but you should not respond to him/her easily.
(d) If you agree to attend school, declare that you will resume your truancy at any time on terms that suit you.
(5) The above reasons
(a) The purpose of this example is to magnify the problem, extend blame to parents and teachers, expose the bullying party to the entire school, and hopefully force him or her to change schools.
(b) Only one thing to do is "shut-in". After that, the other world will move, and you can ride it.
(6)Others
(a) If the situation still does not improve after doing the "shut-in" above, then
"You can run away" by way of suicide.
======
You should be well described, up to this point.
-----
All child suicides are "murders due to adult omission."
Adults who just say "you can run away" and leave are the worst "inaction" practitioners.
I was reviewing the draft of my column for the November issue (to be released at the end of the month), and I thought it was redundant, so I had to delete some phrases.
I've written a lot about those of us Japanese who are just crazy about the TOEIC in Japan, but don't want to go abroad and don't have the ability to use foreign talent
In this survey, I was shocked to learn that children's IT education, which has finally started in Japan, is almost 20 years behind that of the UK and the US, and I was also shocked at the small budget for IT R&D in Japan (*).
Most of the Japanese Nobel laureates have not been enrolled in Japanese universities, and I wonder how they can be called "proud of Japan".
There were a few of my colleagues who started their own businesses (they were all unpleasant, but certainly brilliant), but I haven't heard their names since, and I still wonder if our country was supporting them properly.
I think the only Japanese company that had the potential to be like GAFA was NTT Docomo's "i-mode".
Many times I have seen young researchers' ideas for new Internet services crushed by a single word from a senior executive: "Give me an estimate of the market size and cost-effectiveness," and I have seen them become demoralized, exhausted by Excel calculations.
(To be continued)
When I read the Three Kingdoms, I am stunned by the scale of the battles and the number of deaths.
In a word, 'wasteful.
I wondered how much more stable the people's lives would have been if these resources had been directed toward domestic affairs.
However, it seems that until 1840, when chemical fertilizers were invented, the world was in a constant state of food shortage.
It was said that fighting for territory was the only survival strategy.
"and now energy, such as LNG and oil, or security"
I think that.
I have been thinking about the book's title recently and have been doing a lot of research.
Today's diary is removed, as the new column has been released.
「日本のコロナ史」を総括する ~5類移行後の答え合わせhttps://t.co/Vn5mYd3cSO
? EE Times Japan編集部 (@eetimes_jp) November 21, 2023
In Japan, the "new Corona history" began precisely in 2020.
After spending more than three years without knowing what to believe or how to act due to a variety of conflicting information, in May 2023, COVID-19 was finally treated as a "Class 5 Infectious Disease" in Japan.
The "Ebata-Shibata duo," discussing the spread of infection and vaccines since the first outbreak of coronas in Japan, will look back on their past discussions and "answer" their initial predictions after the transition to the Class 5.
