When I was a college student, I had a chance to eat a lunch with my senior at a cafeteria.

I had been fascinated to look at him, because he caught each grain of rice by chopstick, and convey each of it his mouth.

"He is modesty and has "Mottainai" spirit consistently, though he was a nice-looking guy" (Is that discriminatory terms?)

I thought that I would have fallen for him easily, if I had been a woman.

I don’t care about a woman who says “he is poverty", because she is out of my scope.

There are differences among individuals about how to eat water melon in my family.

No red color remains in water melon I have finished eating.

Whole red color of water melon that my wife has finished eating.

I claim that we should eat whole flesh of water melon, and my wife claims that we should eat delicious flesh only.

Certainly, the part of white flesh is not delicious.

From the viewpoint of "enjoy meal", the opinion of my wife seems to be right.

In fact, my wife had not drunken ale beer because of its biter taste in the US.

I have a habit to investigate some past opinions and other messages of special persons who blame my works with verbal abuses.(Sometimes I use a special analysis tool)

On investigation, basically such persons

cannot do anything except of blaming anybody anything

(Of course I cannot find their own works)

I feel umbrage against the blame, but it is difficult to start to argue against them.

Because what they can do is to just blame anything in their life.

It is a piece of cake to blame anything without foundation and logic.

In opposition to the above, "praising up" seems to be difficult for anyone.

For the first time, we have to find an object to praise up, and evaluate it after comparing to others.

I cannot say that it is easy.

So, I want to give an appreciation to the beer company with an expression of my happiness, according the company persons every courtesy.

"Good!" click is not bad, but "words" are good method to send our appreciation to other people.

We insisted on our claims, and

The other day, while cooking a lunch, we were complaining with saying

"I want to make my through easy life as far as I can"

Today, with the permission of the general manager, I made a business trip outside the company for a long time.

Due to the partner company's request, "I'd like to have a technical meeting at least once, using a whiteboard," I agreed with them.

Remote conferencing tools (e.g. apps) are being refined every day, and we are getting used to them.

I think it's a good thing.

When I went on this business trip, I realized once again. There was a lot to prepare for the meeting, which was only an hour long.

- get dressed in business casual.

- put the necessary materials into the computer, print out some more backups, and

- check the train times and weather.

- prevent heat stroke, and stop walking and take a taxi.

- wait for a train in the direct sun.

- keep worrying about my mask and social distances on the train

- three-hour round trip.

So far, more than five hours in total.

If this is a remote meeting, the preparation time is less than 15 minutes.

As I've said before, there is no "definition of productivity" available for all people and events at this time.

For example, this five hours includes the profits of the taxi and train companies.

Have the last five hours benefited me? If you ask me, the answer is clearly "No."

In my work, it's enough to have an environment where I can create documentation and develop programs.

"at the moment, the most organized work environment is my room"

However, we've been using the computer and air conditioner a lot this summer, so the Ebata family's electricity bill is going to be amazing.

I was recently asked to write a book, however, compared to the table of contents, direction, and writing style of the other co-authors, I thought

"Yeah, I don't think I could write in this style"

and, I offered my resignation.

It was a collaborative writing project that had already started, but I could see that my writing style would probably result in "multiple rounds of revisions with the proofreader.

they accepted my resignation after I logically told him my prediction: "As a result, everyone will be unhappy."

However, I had already started writing the manuscript I was initially asked to write.

I thought, "It would be a shame to abandon this entirely," so I decided to use it as the basis for an e-book.

This is my first trial of an e-book, and it's quite a hassle -- I wrote about it here.

I don't know how they think, however, I received an unusual offer: "Let us check (proofread and review) your manuscript".

For me, it was a wishful thinking that I would be able to supervise for free, so naturally I accepted the offer.

Then, at the meeting, I was pointed out a "pretty big mistake".

However, the "misunderstanding" spilled over to the entire text, so the revision process took more time than I expected.

Non-Penal Fine -- I am only familiar with the text of Articles 202-204 of the Patent Law, but I only remember the amount of "not more than 100,000 yen".

I remember thinking, 'Even I can pay 100,000 yen on the same day.

Moreover, since it is not a criminal penalty, it does not result in a criminal record.

From my research, a traffic ticket is also a form of Non-Penal Fine.

When I heard that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) was planning to petition the Tokyo District Court to impose a "Non-Penal Fine" as an administrative penalty on the Family Association for World Peace and Unification (formerly the Unification Church), I honestly thought, "What?"

Is this a prelude to a dissolution order?

If so, I understand the significance of this Non-Penal Fine.

Again, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (formerly the Unification Church) can continue its religious activities as long as it likes, even after the dissolution order.

Our country guarantees freedom of religion in our Constitution. Religious activities can continue even if the organization loses its status as a religious corporation.

It "only" loses the privileges granted to religious corporations (e.g., tax liability).

Why don't they just voluntarily return their religious juridical personality and do whatever religious activities they want?

This is the "coolest break with the state" for the former Unification Church.
