The other day, I heard the the sound that a loud adult male's voice, broken object and crying of the child.

In my mind, there is a private law, whose an article,for example is

The law is located under the Constitution of Japan, and
this law have been managed extremely strictly.
However, the proverb in nearby country says, "there are measures wherever there are policies". This my private law also have a loophole.

An exterminatory operation has started.
At first, I got to work on the west area of the garden( a quarter area) .
Normally, I spread a black weedkilling sheet on the garden which could cut rays of the sun, and threw gravels, whose total weight was about 200kg, on the sheet.
Any weed cannot come out on the soil that is covered to protect from the light.
This is ecological dead plant operation, without soil pollution.
The problem was to how to carry the 200kg gravels.
I bought ten of 20kg gravels package, and I carried in and out the car with getting my arms. I was always worried about my "strained back".
However, I was surprised that even 200kg gravels could not bridge the five square meter.
So I decided to keep this operation about for five years freely.
