The other day, a junior colleague lent me proceedings about big data, so I read it for a while.

When I returned it, I said "thank you" and the following impressions.

The papers were long and difficult for me.

I think that any paper should refer to my columns.

For example,

"When I watched the data, I gave a voice of surprise."

and,

"I shouted that I could not accept the results of my experiments."

If they could add such a fresh voice, the paper becomes easy to read and carry conviction.

I don't say that "engineers and researchers should try to make a "moe-e" illustration (maybe it is impossible)

Making drawings "to show a system concept" or "to teach usage demo to end users" is a great advantage for any engineers.

We, of course, can draw pictures by common drawing tool, and the pictures is better than just character presentation materials.

But the character presentations are far from the drawings of system or product concepts.

I am afraid that it is not long time for us to keep saying "making such concept figures and use cases is not our business".

The old days, there were some sections to make patent applications, and line arts, and to make copies of document.

Now, these sections had gone with the wind.

PC vanished these sections, and the tasks became to be included as a engineer's or researcher's works.

Come to think of it, it will be shown that we are going to have to start making concept figure in near future.

and, my estimation result is

"The day might come that we are not allowed to make pictures on the grounds no talent.

The present laws order victims to make an effort.

Even if you feel it unreasonably.

On the other hand, let think it from the opposite aspect.

For example, if I get sued from an unknown woman who said

"I was raped by Ebata"

In addition, when I am ordered by a person to

prove an alibi of mine,

I will get mad with the person absolutely.

There seems to be many people who condemn with intense words for making popular animation and manga real live.

Of course, there are a lot in young people.

I think that many people are likely to misunderstand about this issue, I want to leave my memorandum here.

Animations and novels are objects of right of intangible property, and they are privately owned properties.

Any privately owned property can be controlled by the owner(creator, right holder or producer) only. We, who just can consume the contents, have no right to complain the owner's intentions.

Of course, this right is releasable to others by money or other conditions. Because it is privately owned property. After releasing it, nobody, even if it is a creator, cannot say anything about the contents.

Anyway, we, who are not a creator, a right holder and producer, are just a poor consumers, so we cannot do anything about their control legally.

In addition, it goes without saying about the law, from the humanitarian viewpoint,

"It is too rude enough to blame the creator, right holder and producer( hereinafter referred to as "the creators")"

I think so.

Legally, the creators have not only the exercise of right of their creations , but also they can get possession of secondary creations too.(the article 27, 28 of copyright law).

Re-making them as movies or animations, are directional acts, based on the right of the creators. Any protest and blame is meaningless.

Moreover, it is a rude manner.

The creators might want to spread their world-view out in the real world, by using others content expresstions. In fact, that is is a good way to make their dream come true.

For the creator's ideal, I think

what we, just poor contents consumers, should do is to keep silent.

We would rather cooperate with the creators intentions toward new worlds, with changing the contents, depending on the new world, I believe.

In order to keep the movement at my wife's parents house, I rented a car at the airport and used it as a means of transportation.

However, every time I borrowed a car, my sensitivity gave me a hard time refusing things called "smart keys".

A "smart key" is a function that allows an automobile to recognize a person, who owns the key as an "owner". It enables the owner to allow anything (unlock / lock / engine Start) without the ordinal key's operation.

The "smart key" gives us easy operations about cars.

Whatever I think, a "smart key" is basically winner more than the ordinal key.

However, it cannot be helped about "uncomfortable feeling".

So, perhaps, persons who does not use personal computer, smartphone or e-mail, I think that there is "uncomfortable feeling"

And, the elders who used the conventional system, feel "uncomfortable" on a large scale.

In other words, elderly people are not only because they are elder,

but also it took a long time to use a conventional system. Therefore it is difficult to change to a new system

I thought that it would be that.

cannot criticize the persons who do not use "email".

Even so, the concept of docker technology is amazing.

We IT engineers have long been suffering for a long time due to inconsistencies in program operating environment, even more than program development.

Due to this environmental inconsistencies, we have experienced a lot of "painful scenes" where the program that runs on the developer side does not move on the service provider side either.

In recent years, virtual machines (such as VMware and VirtualBox) have caused this problem for a while.

However, by separately managing independent virtual machines, I also realized that even in the virtual machines, operating environment mismatch would occur.

By contrast, Docker's thinking is quite simple and violent.

- Without virtualization of the entire system, Pack (containerize) only the necessary parts, and delivered to the people you need

- If necessary, you can just put everything into the container, including the database system.

As a result, now in my "d:" now, there are over 30 containers containing PostgreSQL's body.

"Is there something wrong if I make more than 100 DB units and hold them? "

For a senior engineer who has struggled to save one byte of memory, this is a violent idea that they can never be reached.

However, the size of the container is smaller than the movie's video clips. Totally, there is no problem at all.

As a matter of fact, I thought that the era in which 1T-byte HDDs can be purchased by mail order is around the 22nd century (true).

Watching this anime broadcast, I found the new interpretation (creation) of the twelve zodiac stories in this comic so interesting that I am considering buying all the volumes at once.

I think that this may become a classic work.

The opening song of the anime "Deaimon" is good, so I hear it again and again.
