I was not good at ball games in general, so I belonged in table-tennis club by high-school.

Thought table-tennis looks like to need less energy, we were running everyday because of keeping my stamina.

Teenager could get some energy from space, as an exception of thermal energy theory.

Animation "Ping-Pong" is perfect for the story, picture and serif.

Especially, it is the most wonderful shot that the main character "Peko" pays out a powerful cut services.

In this week, I was about to cry in the words by "Akuma".

So I have no topics about motor vehicle in a drinking party,whenever my coworkers start to talk about cars.

I become to feel lonely, and come to think "attending English meeting is better than being here"

When people hear the word "academic society", they might think "that is a body, including a lot of intelligent research engineer", and some strict examination of entrance qualification should be needed.

However, to tell the truth, it is not known that

"You can join the society, even if you pay membership expense"

unexpectedly.

If you want to call you "the member of XX academic society", what you need is to pay money.

Now, Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence (JSAI) is a good-aimed.

Even if you add the title of "a member of JSAI", it is not a fraud absolutely.

However, I don't recommend it, if you meet a IT research engineer, like me, you will get much converging fire of the question.

On the other hand, any society is suffering from the shortage of members, you are absolutely welcome.

In my case, I don't understand the merit, being the member.

If you can join the society, you can get the collected papers regularly, however the contents are basically difficult, unrealizable and dull.

Of course, I know the effort of the society. For example, making the cover of a pretty girls in beautiful background(and the picture had criticized by non-member of the society)

I am thinking something whenever walking alone.

For example, for works, for columns, for simulations and for patents.

Anyway , they are something to think.

So, a person who talks to me, will stop or destroy "thinking activities".

Of course, I don't care of your talk even if you destroy them.

If you give me a good tips as alternated, it is enough for me.

The other day in Japan's Diet, the top person in charge of health and safety in Japan (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare), answered

"The existence of such a rule is reasonable by social norms"

I know it and I am causing dizziness.

(The above phrase was summarized by Ebata, however, the context might be correct.

"I really wonder how he can think that way on earth ?"

He gave me a headache.

In this case, the Minister's correct answers are

"I think that wearing high heels and pumps is a case within the range of personal preference"

"In addition, from the viewpoint of health and safety and health hazards, I consider it to be " not desirable "to treat as a socially accepted service provision."

Am I wrong?

However, to be honest, I was worried that "I waste words again"

Because I'm not interested in high heels and pumps at all. (Moreover, I'm completely indifferent about the idea of "dressing").

The "obligation" of wearing such as high heels and pumps, might not be something for people who are supposed to wear them everyday (mostly they are women),

So, first, I tried to talk this story to my wife.

My wife said that both

and rejected them on the spot.

She had argued the third point "pain" which is neither "dressing" nor "safety".

Anyway, I was relieved to know that I didn't waste words.

During a family dinner, we was watching a show on Amazon Prime and the term "Buraku discrimination" came up in a show.

I asked two daughters "You know this issue don't you?" and the senior daughter said "Yes" and the junior daughter said "No".

The way this issue is addressed depends in part on school policies and the attitudes of teachers in the field.

In my case, it was "No" too.

But in my case, when I was in the dormitory in college, I had the rare opportunity to hear from a person who was continuing to campaign for discrimination.

There was some education at the company using actual incidents that took place within the company (I don't know what's going on now).

At the burial of my parents, I worked as a chief mourner, but I could not understand "Buddhist Sutra" at all.

I wonder if both my father and mother could understand the Sutra.

For the first time, I have not understood

"What is the message of sutra from "whom" to "whom"? "

So I tried to research about it.

"Buddhist Sutra" described things, thought and rule for life in order to live our life. And the purpose is to go the world of enlightenment.

"Huh, those are books in a book store with the pop-up message of "Live Your Own Fair" aren't they ?"

I think it.

If so, I also think

(1)"The Sutra" is for living persons

(2)If the above (1) is right, "The Sutra" should be written easy, conscious clear, short for us, and above all, that should be described in spoken language and read aloud.

In some contents, I often watch spells to get rid of spirits, however I cannot understand it.

Even if I were to become an evil spirit and start haunting people, I don't think this spell would be enough to expel me.

I am afraid that these spells cannot argue me away.

One of my best-known columns is "How to Build a Gentle Hydrogen Bomb."

This column is a comical description of a combustion experiment in which I, as a cram school instructor, worked with elementary school children on hydrogen combustion generated by the electrolysis of brine solution.

Mere chemical reactions are described, and fusion reaction is not mentioned.

I first posted this column on the Web in 1996, 27 years ago.

-- I didn't think I'd get an order to delete it from the police authorities now.

-- But then, I didn't expect the provider to declare, 'If you don't comply with the order, we will suspend your service.

This infringes my right to publish this column (right to post on the Web).

In the first place, it is also clear that this is not what the police have to say about the matter.

Furthermore, even if there were problems with the content, if the statements were made before the law was enacted, the order itself would be charged with illegal acts, given the "principle of non-retroactivity of the law" to the contrary.

However, I was curious about the "Explosives Control Penalties" listed in this police order and looked into it.

It seems that the basis of the law is an old law called "Dajokan Houmu No. 32 (Explosives Control Penal Provisions) of 1884" (in this case, the "principle of non-retroactivity of law" cannot be used as a defense).

It wasn't easy to read the article because it was written in Katakana. Still, I do not fall under Article 1, "Persons who use explosives to disturb public order or harm human life or property, and persons who use explosives to harm human life or property." Hence, the application of this law itself is not correct.

However, the Supreme Court's decision on this article, i interpreted as follows,

"An object in which chemicals and other materials are combined in an unstable equilibrium state that causes physical and chemical explosive phenomena, and the explosive action itself has sufficient destructive power to endanger public safety or damage human bodies and property" (June 27, 1956, Penal Code, Vol. 10, No. 6, p. 921).

Well, I think the usual requirement of intent or negligence would be necessary, but even if that were the case, it goes without saying that the law would cover the "manufacturer."

In other words, it can be inferred that the police authorities thought I was a layman in the law and gave me this warning.

I thought, 'Why don't I battle with the authorities about this and write a series of blog posts about it? But, to be honest, I thought

"That's a pain in the ass."

And there was always the fear that 'children might easily copy this experiment.

That is why I have described the dangers of this experiment so much in my column, but children are "doers when they do it."

And I would hate for this to cause an accident and for my name to be known all over the country unexpectedly.
