To nurture a child with a programming skill, not for Japan, but for children themselves, I think that it is a technology of "good job for food".

Anyway, I think that programming does not require special tools (at least PC), and it is an efficient work because of small initial investment.

In the world, there are a lot of books whose title is "xxx is the best method" or "xxx makes you happy"

Especially, many are in the book corner at convenience stores(I have already told this story before)

What "money" provides, stable meals, comfortable dwelling, remedies when sick, etc.. Anyway it is an environment that does not need to rob the wealth of others.

Big "money" can be used as means to pass impossible and, as the power-based infrastructure. However it depends on the person's qualities whether they directly contribute to happiness or not.
