猫の話に戻りましょう。
Let's return to the story of the cat.
たとえ弱っているネコでも、弱っているなりに「鳴き声」を上げなければ、観測して貰えません。
Even weak cats will not be able to observe unless they raise "barks" while being weak.
一度鳴いてダメなら、二度でも三度でも鳴かないと、観測して貰えません。
If they do not work crying once, the should do same actions even twice or three times. If not, they cannot be observed.
そして、観測して貰えなかった猫は、死にます。
And the cats that cannot be observed will die.
多くの人にとって、「猫の鳴き声」などは、聞こえないか、興味がないか、つまり、どうでもいいのです。
For many people, "crying cats" are out of scope, cannot be heard. In short, it doesn't matter.
一方、「猫を殺した奴」は、「猫を殺したこと」なぞを全く認識しないまま、日々を生き続けています。
On the other hand, "a people who killed a cat" continues to live their days without recognizing the "killing a cat".
私を含めて、世の中の人間のほとんどは、猫を殺し続けています。
Most of the people in the world, including me, continue to kill the cat.
「猫の声」が聞こえないのですから、仕方ありません。
It can not be helped because "crying cat" can not be heard.

こうして、冒頭の"99:1"が成立する訳です。
Thus, my feeling of "99:1" as victim vs victimizer, is coming.
そして、もちろん、客観的に考えれば、こんな比率はありえません。
However, from the objective viewpoint, everyone can understand that the ratio is nonsense.
繰り返しますが、
Again, I say

"we don't look upon us as victimizers of power harassment"
のです。
