「キラーアプリ」を文字通りの解釈すれば、「殺人アプリ」です。
"Killer application" is "application to kill someone" in the literature.
「殺人アプリ」であれば、すでに存在しています。
The application has already existed in the world. They are
■メールシステム
"E-mail system", and
■Webシステム
"Web system"
です。
この2つのシステムを潰せば、社員は簡単に殺せます。
I can kill workers easily, just if I destroy these two systems.
近年は、情報漏洩の問題があって、メールシステムのサーバやインタフェース(メーラ等)は、社内システムを経由しないと、一切使用できないよう、徹底的な制限がかけられています。
Recently, the operation of both e-mail system and Web system are thorough restricted by authorities (companies) by the intra-system.
ということは、社内システムを「潰せ」ば、社内での連絡は勿論、顧客との連絡も取れなくなり、事実上、通信手段が断たれ、業務ができない状態に追い込まれます。
That means that if someone "crush" the intra-system, we will not be able to contact any customer and colleagues. As a result, communication are broken, and we cannot continue the work.
この結果どうなるか？
What will be the result of this?
連絡が取れないので、相手側から見れば、「約束を破った」「納期を破った」―― と、信用を失うことなります。
We can not contact anyone, and we will lose my credit because the customers come to think "he/she broke promise" or "he/she broke delivery time".
