しかし、日本国内で、フランスの法律が適用される訳がありません(属地主義)。

しかし、日本において、現実に「ボージョレヌーボの解禁日」は、法律とは関係なく、きちんと運用されているのです。

それは、フランスのワイン製造業者と日本のワイン販売業者が、日本国内において、ボージョレヌーボの販売日について、契約を取り交わしてているからです(たぶん、そういう契約を結ぶことも、法律で規定されているのしょう)
That is because French wine producers and Japanese wine distributors are contracting for the sale date of Beaujolais Nouveau in Japan((Perhaps, the wine law enforces the rule, too)

実際のところ、私が、法律まで持ち出して、ごたくを並べているのは、別の理由があります。
