俳優の高倉健さんの思い出と言えば、

I remember well the interview of Takakura Ken-san, a famous actor in Japan,

「南極物語のロケで、氷点下のテントの中で、『どうして、俺はこんな辛い仕事しか来ないんだろう』と思っていました」

"When I was in the Antarctic for the filming of "the Antarctic story", I thought that why such a painful offer is coming for me, in the minus tent."

というインタビューを覚えています。

「俺だって、南の島でヨットに乗りながら、アロハシャツを着て、ウクレレで歌を歌うような映画に出たいですよ」(加山雄三さんのことを言っていたのだろう)

"Even though I am, I want to appear on the screen, yachting in the southern island, getting on aloha shirt and singing a song with the ukulele."(Like Kayama Yuzou-san)

とおっしゃっていたのが、とても印象的でした。

These phrases left a very impression on me.

私も ―― ウクレレで歌を歌う健さんの映画 ―― の夢を叶えて上げたかったと思います。

If possible I want to make his dream come true of "The movie that he enjoys singing alone"
