What is Pseud IP Masquerade(PIPMasq) on Win32

Pseud IP Masquerade is a Windows application and NT/2000 Serivce, that has some basic functions of "IP Masquerade". About "IP Masquerade", please read "2.1 What is IP Masquerade ?" in pseud-ip-masquerade.txt

Now, the same function of PIPMasq has already been implimented by Windows XP and after as "Bridge Connection", so the support of PIPMasq also has been stopped.
