-------------------------------------------------------------------- [My data] Name Tomoichi Ebata Birth Nov, 1st 196x Age 3x years old Address 600000 Birdwalk Dr. Unit 503K Fort Collins, CO 80525 Tel 402-2620 Job Engineer(for Hewlett Packard Company) Birth country Japan Allergy None Chronic None Surgical operation None Medical insurance Hitachi Health Care (I know that you can not accept this insurance. [My Symptoms] I had a bad cold at the beginning of January, and I have had a sore throat for one month. Sometimes I could not sleep well. Especially, I feel the pain that is like that a stone seems to roll at the depths of the left throat. There seems be no problem to have meals and some water, but I have a shot pain (like that a bone sticks in my throat) when l swallow my saliva. I have slight fever when I am awake. But I have a lot of night sweat every night. (The following was added today) Fortunately, I don't feel sick today, and I don't have serious sore throat. But I remember that I was in same condition in the middle of last month. After that, the pain started again. [What I did were...] - gargles periodically with ISODINE. - taking cold pills, and candies for sore throat. But I think that there seems be in vain. --------------------------------------------------------------------
